Superun BA06 Under Desk Treadmill

Got the Superun walking pad to help me stay active while working from home, and it’s been a brilliant buy. The 2.5HP motor feels smooth and sturdy, and it’s quiet enough that I can walk during meetings without anyone realising. The app’s training courses give a bit of structure, and the multi-runner races are surprisingly motivating – nothing like beating strangers on the internet to get the legs moving.It folds away neatly when I’m done, so it doesn’t eat up space, and the build quality is solid – no wobbling or slipping even at a brisk pace. It’s also handled my weight with no complaints, which gives me confidence it’ll last.

A friend I work with mentioned that she’d purchased a treadmill to use during working hours because of needing to exercise more but also to increase the happy endorphins. When we saw this we thought the price was great and might help both Mum and I with exercising but also on the bad days when we were feeling a little low.When this arrived the packaging was really massive but the treadmill wasn’t as large as we thought. It’s quite heavy but is on wheels and can roll easily. I originally thought it would be possible to put under the sofa but it would need to be a higher up one. When it arrived there were clear instructions on how to connect with the app. You need to download first but then you can lay the phone on the front of the treadmill and the Bluetooth connects easily. It’s not that loud either when using it and it’s fairly smooth. I do feel that you need to hold onto something though and wish it had had a rail. That being said it’s easy to just lay on the ground and get going in it and allows you to exercise whatever the weather or time of day. I would strongly recommend this if your budget isn't very large. We’re pleased with it.

I’d been looking at getting one for a while now, going into winter so I can walk when the weather gets really terrible so I don’t drop steps, or when my partner goes out and I’m in with the kidseventually settled on getting this one as it was well priced, and well reviewed without many bells and whistles to go wrongReally Like that it’s not got any branding on it, got the 90cm one which is does the job (I’m 6ft, 85kg), fits under our sofa wellFeels sturdy, not particularly heavyRemote works well, the app is a bit Chinese and pointless for a walking pad but to be able to work the pad by phone is very useful if needs be, the visual challenges etc are a bit pointless for a walking pad (probably better for the faster ones you can jog on)Dropped a star because everything is metric, and although can be changed to mph on the app it doesn’t go onto the display, might be useful for some but calories are pretty pointless for me, and doesn’t show a step counter, just distance, I’m happy to live with those tweaks for the price, as i use it to top up anyway on steps my Garmin is showing (no issues there in that respect for tracking)Adjusting the belt looks easy enough, and comes with a kit and oil, but haven’t had to do anything yet, as it came all ready out of the box, it does let you know the intervals to do it in the manual so happy enough to sort it when the time comesWill update this review if anything odd happens but it’s been nearly a month now with no issues at all and does the expected job I wanted it to
