Graham Thompson This rowing machine requires some self assembly and this took me around 20 minutes to do in my own from unpacking to fully assembled and it’s very easy.Once fully assembled the rowing machine feels very sturdy and well made and the rowing action is very smooth and quiet.I have this set up in my garage which I’m setting up as a gym for myself and my wife.It’s very easy to adjust the resistance levels and you can get the right resistance for your desired workout.I can rest my tablet on the holder so can watch a TV show while at workout which is great. The display will show things like distance, calories burned and time and you can sync this up with the app which you can download to your phone so you can keep a good track of your workout.Overall I’m really impressed with this rowing machine and it’s a great cardio full body workout that I’ve been looking for.

Suzie You get exactly what you expect, a rowing machine with smooth resistance and I can put my phone in the space in front. The knob is a easy way to adjust it. Setting up the rowing machine didnt take long, less than 30 mins which includes the app registration. Was surprised at how small the box it came in was but all good.

The design looks good and the mechanism works well, but I am most pleased with how it can be lifted up for easy storage out of the way. Putting it together was simple, it came with all the tools needed and the instructions were both clear and thorough. All in all an excellent buy.
