PERSONALLY I DONT LIKE BEING MADE TO DO ANYTHING I DONT WANT. SO, HERE'S THE REMEDY IN CASE ANYONE ELSE DOESNT WANT TO DOWNLOAD IT... POWER ON. PRESS MINUS 3 TIMES (SHORT PRESSES) PRESS THE PLUS BUTTON ONCE (SHORT PRESS) HOLD THE PLUS BUTTON FOR 3 SECONDS. A SHORT BEEP CONFIRMS SUCCESSFUL ACTIVATION. IT SEEMS TO WORK WELL AND JUST WHAT I NEED FOR MY DOGS & ME.
